  • Thank you to Brian Brewer for recording and sharing his videos from the 06-18-09 show! They are so clear and sound fantastic! View all 10 (!!) of them here.
  • There are several dates currently scheduled and you should really check out a show if you have a chance.
  • Kill Rock Stars annouced that they will be releasing the new Quasi album October 27th!!!! It was recorded at Jackpot Studios by Kendra Lynn and will be mixed by Steve Fisk. This will be Quasi's first studio album since 2006's When The Going Gets Dark and the first on the Kill Rock Stars label. This is so exciting!
  • Much thanks to Zachary for some of the 2008 dates. I need more of the 2008 show dates for updating the SHOWS page. If you have any dates from 2008 that you can possibly help with, please email them to me?
  • May 2009: Quasi has finished tracking the new album. This is the first album with Joanna on bass. In the meantime, I invite you to check out the new Pink Mountain double LP that Sam plays on. You can download a free mp3 from the album here and purchase the album at ExiledRecords.com
  • The SHOWS page has been completely redone and now lists every show since 1993!

  • December dates with Sleater-Kinney and Stephen Malkmus announced! (see below). Also, there is a new place for fans on MySpace.com. Stop in and say hello.
  • Touch & Go Records is listing a new Quasi release for Spring of 2006 and will be mixed by Dave Fridmann (Flaming Lips, Sleater-Kinney, Modest Mouse). The tentative title will be "When The Going Gets Dark"
  • c-Net aka Download.com is featuring Quasi and has several different mp3s available for download. The lyrics for Hot Shit have been added, thanks to Jackie and Ashley.
